Based in Sydney, Wei Ding leads and supports initiatives across data management, reporting, automation, and data quality. His recent work includes AI-enabled data access, automation of operational processes and improving how teams use trusted data in everyday workflows.

Prior to TCorp, he held senior investment data and reporting roles at First State Super and spent a decade at BNY Mellon, where he helped design and build performance and attribution systems used across multiple asset classes.

With a background spanning both finance and software engineering, Wei brings a practical perspective on how automation and AI are reshaping operating models and core capabilities in private markets.
