Senior Manager, Valuation Governance,

Wanda Xu is senior manager, valuation governance at UniSuper, one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds with over $170 billion in funds under management, including approximately $27 billion in unlisted assets.

With 18 years of experience in business and asset valuation, including a background at KPMG, Wanda joined UniSuper in 2026 to build out its valuation governance function. She now leads the function, providing independent oversight and challenge of valuation activities across the fund’s investment portfolio.

Wanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne, is a CFA charter holder and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
