She has previously held positions at Resolution Life and Challenger Group, amassing significant knowledge in insurance, fixed income investment management, hedge funds, structured credit, asset liability management (ALM), statutory capital, actuarial processes, market risk, and finance.

Aleks excels in streamlining and automating workflows by implementing robust technology solutions that reduce manual processes and eliminate siloed solutions. Her technical proficiency spans designing and deploying trading systems, risk systems, pricing services, data warehouses, and operational data stores using SQL Server and Oracle DB, .NET, Java, React, and Python technologies. Aleks has extensive experience with integration to third-party products such as Dimension, Bloomberg, OFSAA and Oracle Fusion, MSCI Risk Manager, TradingScreen and more.
