Milan leads the investment data platform team at Cbus, with responsibility for the development and management of the fund’s operational and analytical data platforms. Since joining in 2019, he has played a key role in the rollout and ongoing evolution of investment data capabilities and workflows in the organisation.

Prior to this, he worked on implementing data quality platform integrations across the member domain at super funds including ESSS, NAB, and First State Super.

Earlier in his career, he developed embedded software for products spanning automotive engine control systems, smart metering platforms, and wireless communication devices.
