She is a Chartered Accountant and a governance & risk & compliance adviser. She has consulted to regulators including APRA & ASIC and is a trusted advisor to boards & management.

Madeleine has been a Partner in ‘big four’ accounting firms and was the National head of financial services for Grant Thornton Australia.

She is also an experienced non-executive director and chair of audit committees.
