Mr Elimelakh is an investment consultant specialising in investment risk management and quantitative analysis. He is a long-standing member of the MLC investment committee and the MLC Private Equity investment committee.

Mr Elimelakh joined MLC Asset Management (now part of Insignia Financial) in February 2012 and was head of the MLC Asset Management investment portfolio analytics team up to November 2022.

Mr Elimelakh has more than 30 years of investment experience in Australia, having worked in senior roles for several major domestic and international funds management and consulting firms including Ibbotson Australia (now Morningstar Investment Management, as head of strategy), BT Investment Management (now part of Perpetual, as head of quantitative investment strategies), Rothschild Asset Management (head of quantitative analysis) and MSCI BARRA (senior consultant).

Mr Elimelakh holds a Masters in Applied Maths from Moscow State University of Railway Engineering, he is a CFA Charter holder, and a member of the Q-Group Australia.
