Jared leads Brighter Super’s enterprise-wide data, analytics, and artificial intelligence strategy. His focus is on transforming the fund’s data assets into scalable, high-value capabilities that drive operational efficiency, foster innovation, and ultimately deliver superior retirement outcomes for its members.

This includes defining the enterprise data and AI roadmap to transition the fund toward predictive analytics, scalable AI products, and a modern tech stack; establishing the AI governance framework to ensure model explainability, member privacy, and rigorous compliance; driving intelligent automation and process optimisation across business units to enhance operational efficiency; fostering enterprise-wide AI literacy and training programmes to up-skill teams and cultivate a data-driven culture; and managing the AI capability budget and leading strategic relationships with vendors, partners and regulators across the organisation.
