Morgan has nearly two decades of experience in liquidity management and treasury across leading global financial institutions, including Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and HSBC. Throughout his career, he has worked in New York, London and Sydney spanning several major market events and financial crises, giving him deep expertise in liquidity management, funding, risk and resilience.

At AustralianSuper, Morgan is driving the development of an AI-enabled liquidity platform bringing together artificial intelligence, analytics and next-generation liquidity metrics to improve decision-making and investment outcomes.
