Mythili Baker was appointed in February 2025, leading the Aware Super’s artificial intelligence strategy and capability as the fund pursues its 2030 strategic priorities.

This appointment reflects the fund’s recognition that data and AI are central to delivering better member outcomes, from personalised member experience through to investment intelligence and operational ​effectiveness.

Mythili brings over two decades of experience in data, analytics and AI; most recently as general manager for NSW & QLD at Altis Consulting, where she led a large team across a broad client portfolio.

Prior to this, she held innovation and product leadership roles at Altis, and began her career at Andersen Consulting and KPMG.

Mythili holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Information Systems) from the University of New South Wales.
