With over eight years of experience in IT solutions and transformation projects, Caleb has successfully led collaborative initiatives across Australia, the APAC region and globally.

As the Melbourne team lead for Australia, Caleb has a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation initiatives for alternative investment firms and family offices. Notably, he developed a novel Monte Carlo Simulation solution for private equity, a first of its kind.

Caleb’s areas of expertise include IT operations, financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, business case modelling, scenario planning, asset/fund modelling, portfolio management, financial reporting, and data strategy.

He is proficient in front, middle, and back-office technology and operations for alternative assets, encompassing solution architecture, process engineering, bespoke technology development, implementation, and program management.

Prior to Alpha, Caleb was a manager at one of the ‘Big Four’ consulting firms in Australia.
