Tricia is based in Sydney, where she leads ‘Sentinel’, Mercer’s specialist operational risk consulting business for the Pacific region. In this specialist consulting capacity, her focus is on delivering operational solutions to optimise efficiency and mitigate risks for clients, which includes operational due diligence and outsourced service provider selection to support investment-related activities.

Tricia is an active member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA) working group for the investment management operational due diligence guidance note, and is also a member of the ‘Women in Super’ association. Under her guidance, Mercer is represented on a number of other industry working groups such as the Superannuation Industry Stewardship Group (SISG) and Financial Services Council (FSC) working group for fraud and cyber security. Her other leadership roles also include being part of the Mercer Pacific executive and consulting leadership teams, and Tricia chairs the Mercer global operational risk assessment ratings committee.

Tricia has previously spent time at BNP Paribas Securities Services as a global relationship manager, an investment consultant at Russell (London and Sydney) in the advisory business, as well as a senior consultant at Statpro (UK).
