Thilankka joined Hollards Insurance in July 2022. Prior to this he was with ART (formerly QSuper) from March 2020, leading the investment data team in investment operations area with the purpose of uplifting the use of data across the investment lifecycle.

In his time at ART, he focused on establishing a target operating model, across the three pillars of governance, operations and analytics within the team; as well as setting up the foundations of the target state data architecture for the investment domain.

Thilankka has over 10 years of experience in data management across the financial services industry. He is particularly passionate about creating the conditions of success needed to enable data-driven organisation.
