Sasha joined WTW in April 2025 as director, head of portfolio design within the investments team. In this role, she leads the intellectual property development and research underpinning WTW’s total portfolio approach to portfolio construction. She also guides the ongoing evolution of the tools and frameworks used to design multi-asset investment solutions.

Sasha brings 13 years of experience in investment management, with deep expertise in investment strategy, portfolio construction, and multi-asset solution design. She began her career in 2011 at Dimensional Fund Advisors, managing systematic equity factor portfolios. In 2016, she joined NSW Treasury Corporation as a senior investment analyst in the portfolio construction team. Most recently, Sasha was a senior asset allocation strategist at Russell Investments, where she was responsible for developing strategic asset allocations for a broad range of clients and delivering capital markets and asset allocation research to support improved portfolio outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Master of Applied Finance from Queensland University of Technology.
