Sadeer Jan joined NGS Super in 2016 and currently manages the data capability within the business, utilising 20+ years of experience in data architecture, BI development, reporting and insights.

Sadeer has worked in the superannuation industry for over 12 years in various data-related roles. Before that, Sadeer worked overseas with the United Nations for more than six years in project management and strategy monitoring capacities. He also spent a few years in IT early in his career.

Since joining NGS Super, Sadeer managed the data transformation journey, which included establishing centralised data repositories for behavioural, transactional and investment data, integrating disparate data points and improving the utilisation of data & insights across the business.
