Having joined VFMC in 2021, Ross is currently the data solutions lead, where he oversees the build, integration and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise data environment. His remit spans cloud data platforms, data pipelines (ETL/ELT), data modelling and storage, as well as automation and integration workflows. Ross also drives data quality and monitoring practices to ensure consistent, reliable data for business use.

Prior to joining VFMC, Ross spent two years at Vanguard Investments where he played a pivotal role in establishing the global investment data management – ABOR team, focusing on the implementation of a centralised data management platform.

With over 15 years of experience in the asset and wealth management industry across Australia and the UK, Ross has also held data management and reporting roles at BlackRock (London), JBWere and MLC Wealth.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University.
