Ros is head of responsible investment at Cbus and is a member of Cbus’ investment leadership team. She has over 20 years’ experience as a responsible investment leader including recognition from the IGCC in 2025 for driving the policy agenda in relation to climate change.

Ros’ experience includes policy, ESG integration and stewardship roles with an ASX 50-listed company, pensions regulators (in Australia and the UK), superannuation industry bodies and a state-based funds manager.

Ros is an active member of several leading industry advisory bodies, including ACSI’s Member Advisory Council, the ACTU Centre for Workers’ Capital Advisory Council, the ASFI Member Advisory Committee, and the ISSB Investor Advisory Group. She also serves as the sole investor representative in her personal capacity on the Minerals Council of Australia’s Towards Sustainable Mining Community of Interest Advisory Panel.

Ros holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from RMIT, a Masters of Commercial Law from Melbourne University and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
