Ren joined Mercer Investment Management in 2022, with core focus on uplift of investment data modelling, tooling and analytics capabilities across investment functions whilst also committed to mitigation of investment process risks via implementation of end-to-end data architecture principles.

Prior to Mercer, Ren worked for over 16 years at AMP Capital with knowledge and experience in asset management spanning across a multitude of investment classes within global public markets. Having worked extensively across investment teams, asset managers and asset owners, Ren has developed a wide and in-depth knowledge of related and the different needs of each stratum.

Ren has directed and founded data and tech strategies, and tailor-built a number of digital platforms across the organisation that drove and delivered material P&L contributions for the public markets business.
