Phillip joined FactSet as vice president, front office solutions in 2022. In this role, his primary responsibilities are to expand the use of FactSet’s trading systems across the buy-side in Australia and New Zealand. Phillip has over 15 years of institutional trading experience. He started his career as an FX options trader at NAB before moving to the buy-side where he managed the equities trading desk for Karara Capital.

He then helped establish Block Event, an electronic equities trading venue and outsourced trading firm where he moved to Hong Kong to expand the business into Asia. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance) from Monash University and a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Markets) from AFMA. He has been a regular panelist at trading conferences around the world and has been an advisor to Quorum 15 and FIX.
