Nijo Thomas has over 13 years of experience in data platforms, specialising in SQL development, database engineering, and enterprise data solutions.

He has worked across organisations like Infomedia, LUCRF Super, Colonial First State and Aviva insurance; from which he has gathered strong expertise in investment systems, data architecture and fund services.

In his current role, he is involved in both strategic initiatives and BAU operations for the Cbus investment platform. Most recently, he led the InvestOne program—a JP Morgan system migration initiative—as technical lead, taking end-to-end ownership of analysis, testing, environment readiness, and implementation for a large-scale, multi-module transformation.

Nijo’s work focuses on improving investment workflows and data processes, including internal option management systems, daily investment operations teams, performance platforms and risk systems. He works closely with both business and technology teams to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions using Azure data platforms.
