Nicola has over 15 years of experience in corporate and asset valuations. She has previously worked in both international consulting firms and ASX-listed REITs, and has extensive experience in providing a broad a range of valuation support across multiple industries, asset classes and jurisdictions.

Nicola joined Rest Super recently in July 2022 and has established a new, independent valuation function and valuation committee for the purpose of providing enhanced valuation governance and oversight over Rest’s A$16+ billion in private market assets which include infrastructure, property, private equity and alternatives.

The valuation function is involved in reviewing, challenging and approving external valuations, financial modelling, due diligence, audit and board reporting.

Nicola holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Liberal Studies from the University of NSW and is both a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst.
