Throughout her career, Nicle has worked with a diverse range of financial institutions including investment managers, life insurers and superannuation funds. Nicle gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise from leading investment data management functions and contributing to various projects as SME or workstream lead.

Currently, Nicle is an investment data governance manager at Aware Super, where she is responsible for establishing a robust data governance framework for the investments domain.
