Marian Joined VFMC in April 2014 as manager, fund accounting, where her responsibilities included the daily administration and management of the VFMC Trust vehicles, including financial reporting, tax and governance aspects of the trusts.

In March 2019, Marian moved to operations as investment operations manager and was promoted to head of investment operations in April 2020. In August 2024 her portfolio was expanded to include performance reporting. Marian is part of the operations leadership team and reports to the chief operating officer.

Her main responsibility is to enable VFMC’s strategic investment objectives by ensuring the delivery of a high performing investment operations and performance reporting functions which follows best practice and have a sustainable operating model. Marian also has responsibility for key strategic outsource partners.

Prior to joining VFMC, Marian spent seven years at Hastings Funds Management as finance manager, covering both listed and unlisted infrastructure funds. Prior to moving to Australia, Marian held several senior finance roles in financial services, public and private corporations and the public sector.

Marian holds a BA in Accounting and Finance (Hons) from Dublin City University, Ireland and ACCA fellowship. Marian completed the AICD Foundations of Directorship Certificate in 2024.
