With over 18 years’ experience in the financial services and asset management sectors in Australia and the UK, Luke joined IFM Investors in April 2022 as a director of investment operations and is responsible for the performance & risk analytics and fund & mandate compliance teams globally.

Prior to joining IFM, Luke was based in the UK and held the role of director of product development at Ninety One (formally Investec Asset Management). In this role, he headed a global team responsible for product development and strategy for Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Luke also held various roles within operations at Ninety One, including fund accounting oversight, outsourced provider management, and was executive director on Ninety One’s Luxembourg-domiciled retail and alternative fund ranges. Prior to moving to the UK in 2009, Luke spent four years in the custody arm of National Australia Bank in the unit pricing function.

Luke has served on various industry working groups, committees and bodies including those of the UK’s Investment Association, and presented as a subject matter expert at various industry events in the UK, Luxembourg and Hong Kong. Luke holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University in Australia.
