Laurence is an investment publishing and events professional of 23 years’ experience. He has published magazines and produced successful investment forums in Australia and throughout Europe, the Middle East and South Africa. This includes having worked closely on and produced the annual Australian Custodial Services Association (ACSA) conference for four years from 2009 to 2012.​

​Previous roles include head of marketing for BNP Paribas Securities Services Australia and New Zealand, associate publisher of Investment Magazine (formerly Investment & Technology / I&T), senior roles with the Financial Times and other large business-to-business publishers such as Incisive Media and Financial News.

​Laurence holds a higher national diploma in business and finance from Southampton Solent University, and prior to studying business qualified in engineering.
