Karen is a portfolio manager at Perennial Private Investments, one of Australia’s leading crossover investors. Karen is focused on investing in high growth private companies that have the potential to be category leaders.

She has responsibility for deal origination, execution and portfolio management. Karen has over 20 years’ global experience across investments, investment banking, consulting and law.

Prior to Perennial, Karen was the head of emerging companies at Investec, responsible for Investec Australia’s venture capital and private growth investments. Before Investec, Karen was an M&A advisor, lawyer and technology investment banker at Gresham partners, Jurlique, Morgan Stanley and JPMorgan. She is also a board member of the Australian Investment Council.
