Justin He is an investment risk and ESG analytics product manager with more than 12 years of financial services experience. His expertise spans investment risk, ESG analytics, performance measurement, investment compliance and regulatory reporting.

Based in Singapore, Justin works with institutional clients across Asia-Pacific to develop tailored solutions that integrate investment data, risk analytics, and climate insights, supporting portfolio assessment, climate reporting and AASB S2 readiness.

He joined State Street’s Investment Risk Services team in 2023, bringing extensive experience in leading product initiatives across Asia-Pacific and delivering performance analytics solutions in North America.

Justin holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo and holds both the CPA and FRM designations.
