Joanne has worked in the UK and Australia and has over 25 years of international corporate finance experience. She has valued businesses

across a wide range of sectors, including power & utilities, energy, financial services, media, technology & telecommunications, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, consumer markets and healthcare.

She has worked on a variety of corporate transactions, including disposals, acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Joanne draws on skills from

accounting, finance and valuation to deliver robust advice to corporate and government clients for transaction, financial reporting, tax, asset pricing and dispute purposes.

Her valuation experience includes:

• Acting as independent expert in relation to transaction activity of public companies.
• Providing valuation advice to the boards of large private and public companies.
• Providing independent valuations in dispute situations.
• Undertaking the valuation of businesses and specific assets for accounting and taxation purposes.
• Providing valuations of investments in private companies for unit pricing or carrying value purposes.
