Jo focuses her time on the operational needs of JANA’s client base, including custody and operational research (including operational due diligence and securities lending), governance reviews and assisting with broad operational expertise.

With almost 20 years of industry experience, Jo‘s background in asset servicing and relationship management has honed her core strengths of operations management and client strategy. Her current role enables her to assist clients and is ever-expanding with regards to researching better ways to help and guide JANA’s clients.

Jo holds a bachelor of commerce degree (management and human resources), as well as a masters (BA) in finance and international business. Having double majors in each degree has given Jo a solid foundation with which to build her career.

Prior to her time at JANA, Jo worked at NAB Asset Servicing and Access Capital Advisers, and as side hobbies, managed a domestic cycling team on behalf of Brightstar / BicycleSuperstore and volunteering with children’s charity, TLC for Kids.
