Jessica Melville is an experienced investment professional and strategic leader whose diverse career has spanned funds management, superannuation and investment consulting.

In her most recent role as head of mid rIsk portfolio strategy and research, she was responsible for asset allocation, portfolio construction and driving the strategic global expansion of the mid risk platform to continue to meet the growing needs of the fund’s members for decades to come. AustralianSuper is the largest superannuation fund in Australia and amongst the top 20 pension funds in the world, with over $400bn in member’s retirement savings.

Prior to joining Australian Super, Jessica led the strategic advisory business for global investment consulting firm Willis Towers Watson (WTW), advising on business strategy, investment model, organisational design and driving stronger investment outcomes through global best practice in governance and processes. She has had an extensive career in manager research, covering listed equities, fixed income, multi-asset and liquid alternatives. In this role, Jessica had the privilege of working with some of the largest and most innovative institutional investors in Australia and around the world, as both a researcher and adviser. Earlier in her career, Jessica managed multi-manager portfolios at Pengana Capital.
