Jennifer Hua is an associate portfolio manager at HESTA, where she leads the development of systematic investment strategies within the dynamic asset allocation team. Her work focuses on integrating macroeconomic insights, forecast-based valuation models, and market signals into asset allocation processes.

Prior to joining HESTA, Jennifer held roles at Aware Super, Future Fund and Deloitte, where she developed her strong foundation in financial markets, economic analysis, and investment strategy.

She holds a Bachelor of Finance (Hons) from La Trobe University and a PhD in Finance from Monash University. Jennifer is passionate about translating complex data into actionable investment insights and contributes actively to the evolution of long-term strategy design under uncertainty.
