Jason is responsible for supporting the Rest investment team to effectively manage their risks and compliance obligations. He is part of a team that provides assurance on the investment activities of the capital markets, portfolio construction and strategy, private markets and listed assets teams to the board and management sub-committees. He also works closely with the business to ensure that non-investment risks including operational, reputational and valuation risks are managed appropriately within the board’s risk appetite limits. He also supports the implementation of transformation programs to improve governance, risk and regulatory reporting.

Prior to Rest Super, Jason has more than 15 years of experience in consulting to superannuation funds and global asset managers and previously worked at the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation.

Jason has a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) / Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University. He is both a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
