James has extensive experience delivering complex change across the investment management value chain, in public and private markets, and multiple geographies, for asset owners, asset and wealth managers, and service providers.

James has a strong track-record of delivery in both advisory and implementation projects, ensuring that target operating models recommended to clients meet real life implantation and BAU requirements.

Prior to joining Alpha FMC, James worked at HCL Technologies. Advising clients in the financial and insurance services industry on technology-enabled change and enterprise systems implementation, coordinating offshore teams and on international deployments.

James has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Economy from the University of Sydney and a Master of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney.
