Jack joined IFM Investors in August 2019, where as part of the global investment operations team, he has gained experience in performance & analytics, client service & reporting, fund and mandate compliance, and data governance and management.

As an associate director, Jack leads data-focused projects, combining his financial and coding expertise to drive large-scale initiatives aimed at centralising and structuring firm-wide datasets. His work enhances decision-making, operational efficiency, and data governance across global offices.

With over 15 years’ experience, Jack has worked in Dublin and New York, giving him a global perspective on managing data across various geographies, systems and regulatory environments.

Before joining IFM, Jack held various roles at financial institutions such as NAB and Centaur Fund Services. There, he worked on enterprise data programs and gained exposure to machine learning applications in data cleansing and integrity.

Jack holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Swinburne University).
