Hishaam leads the direct investment team that invests in private markets globally; spanning real assets, financial services, healthcare and technology sectors.

Prior to joining the fund in 2011, Hishaam held a number of corporate finance and strategy roles in London and Australia covering principal investments for EDF Energy Renewables, investment banking for Lazard & Co, commercial advisory for BP plc and technology implementation for IBM Global Services.

Hishaam holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from The University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Business from Monash University and completed the Advanced Corporate Finance Executive Programme at London Business School.
