Emma has dual roles at Vision Super, heading up the data & analytics function and investment operations. The data & analytics team is responsible for the ongoing development of fund’s enterprise data warehouse and the delivery of regulatory, operational, and strategic reporting. The investment operations team supports the implementation of the fund’s investment strategy, management of investment cash flows, management of unit pricing, and portfolio monitoring.

Emma has more than 25 years’ experience in superannuation, having worked in senior analytical and consulting roles with Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Mercer and Towers Perrin. Her career also included a stint in software development.
