Originally from the UK, he relocated to Australia in 2011 and held senior roles at JP Morgan and Macquarie before joining Insignia Financial.

In his current role, he leads a diverse and engaged engineering community focused on simplifying and modernising delivery, uplifting capability, and embedding secure, seamless software development practices. Known as a connector, coach, and catalyst for change, he is passionate about challenging the status quo, fostering curiosity, and empowering teams to be brilliant and bold.
