Danni Luttick is a seasoned leader in performance and risk analytics with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Since joining IFM Investors in 2019, she has previously led a global team across Melbourne, Sydney, New York, and London, overseeing the independent and accurate delivery of performance returns and analytics. She now plays a key leadership role in IFM’s performance capability uplift project, helping to shape and drive strategic improvements in analytical processes.

As part of IFM’s operations leadership team, Danni has championed initiatives to elevate reporting and analytics while fostering a high-performing team culture aligned with IFM’s values. Her earlier roles at VFMC and NAB Asset Servicing spanned performance analytics, risk reporting, and custody migration — where she played a pivotal role in building VFMC’s internal analytical capability.

Outside of work, Danni is a passionate home renovator who has flipped two houses — and despite her petite frame, she’s no stranger to a jackhammer. Her happy place? Bunnings, of course.
