Damian heads Confluence’s analytics division, responsible for the management of its performance, risk, factor style, analytics and investment insights business. He brings 26 years of fin-tech executive management experience, having worked with hundreds of Wall Street’s most successful investment management firms.

Damian has held executive, product, research and commercial roles with Investment Metrics, Style Analytics and StatPro. He co-founded Investor Analytics in 1999 as the industry’s first cloud-based, multi asset-class risk analytics provider and served as that company’s CEO until he sold it to StatPro in 2016.

Damian holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics, and a Ph.D. in nuclear astrophysics.
