Balaji Gopal is head of customer, digital & partnerships at Vanguard Australia, and a member of the Australian executive team.

In this role, Balaji leads Vanguard Australia’s financial adviser and B2B business and leads the teams responsible for the distribution of Vanguard’s managed funds, exchange traded funds, superannuation and platform offerings to advisers.

Prior to this role Balaji served as Vanguard Australia’s head of personal investor (retail) business since 2020, leading the strategic development and rollout of Vanguard’s personal investor platform, and previously as head of product strategy, where he led the team responsible for long-term product planning, research, development and implementation.
