Ann-Mary Rajanayagam is a technology, data and AI executive and the founder and CEO of Alderon, an advisory firm helping leaders navigate complex transformation, strengthen governance and adopt AI responsibly.

She brings close to 30 years of experience across financial services, investment management and enterprise technology in New York, London and Sydney. Her career has included roles with the New York Stock Exchange, JPMorgan Chase, UBS, CBA, Westpac and NAB as well as serving as general manager of technology and data for an Australian investment advisory firm.

Through Alderon, Ann-Mary advises executives and boards on technology and data strategy, AI governance, operating-model design and organisational readiness. Her work focuses on moving businesses beyond experimentation toward practical, accountable and sustainable adoption.
