Andrew Kophamel has worked in financial services for 22 years, focusing initially on performance, for both asset managers and service providers, and more recently broadening his expertise to include data management/reconciliation and investment operations. He currently provides operational oversight for the abrdn Australian business.

He is a frequent presenter and writer, on topics such as attribution and active share/alpha potential and won an Honorary Dietz award from the Journal of Performance Measurement for his contribution to the discussion on risk-adjusted attribution.

He is a CFA charterholder, holder of the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM), and Financial Risk Manager (FRM), and has sat on the CFA’s Global Investment Performance Standards Investment Manager Sub-Committee. He is a current participant on the FSC’s Investment Expert sub-Group.
