Amy leads IFM Investors’ global operations team with overall responsibility for the global operating model and functions covering investment operations, technology, business transformation, valuation and counterparty oversight.

Amy has been acting COO since October 2024 and prior to that held the role of global head of investment operations since 2018 when she joined the firm.

Amy has built a high-performing and experienced global operations team covering performance and analytics, client service and reporting, fund and mandate compliance and transaction management. She has been instrumental in developing IFM’s data and implementation capabilities and leading the design of IFMs operating platform to support the firm’s growth ambitions.

With over 20 years’ experience spanning global funds management, institutional banking and superannuation, Amy brings deep expertise across operations, product development and sales. Prior to joining IFM Investors, Amy was head of sales for Australia and New Zealand for Citi’s securities services business with responsibility for the development of the sales strategy, client solutions and execution for superannuation funds, fund managers, sovereign funds and the insurance industry.

Amy has Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce – Honours (University of Melbourne).
