James joined HESTA in 2009 and is currently General Manager, Investment Business Risk and Strategy, with responsibility for the oversight and development of investment management’s business strategy, and oversight and implementation of investment management’s risk governance framework. James was previously General Manager – Listed Assets at HESTA, and has prior work experience at Warakirri Asset Management and ANZ.

James is a CFA Charterholder, and member of the CFA Australia Victorian Chapter council.
