A practitioner with over 20 years’ experience working in both asset owner and manager environments, Liana believes in the uniqueness of every organisation and the need for an open-minded but pragmatic approach. What may work for one organisation may not for another given differing priorities and varied levels of maturity.

Liana is passionate about design and delivery of solutions that meet business needs and create value whilst ensuring alignment to strategic intent. Her consulting experience and multi asset owner exposure, combined with practical asset manager experience, allows her to bring depth of investments domain knowledge and understanding to every assignment.

Prior to consulting, Liana worked at First Sentier Investments (formally known as Colonial First State Global Asset Management) where she most recently held a management position leading change teams within the technology department. During that time she worked with key business sponsors and stakeholders to successfully deliver strategic platform and improvement programs for the front office.

Liana holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.  She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Technology in Sydney.
