Thomas Eikrem has 25+ years’ experience in the investment management industry, managing change, business transformation and professional services teams.

Thomas spent 22 years with SimCorp and was for the majority of that time responsible for all professional services in the UK, Ireland and the Middle East as well as managing global programmes for some of the world’s largest asset managers, including ADIA, Nordea, Schroders, UBS and Barclays.

Subsequently he had global consulting roles for Pentagon Consulting and lastly at Citisoft, where he was the firm’s managing director for EMEA.

Thomas joined Fencore in 2023 to grow the footprint in EMEA and to help bring the company’s cloud native data management solution to a market ridden with legacy technology.
