Shaylin is an associate director with Alpha FMC, a specialised asset and wealth management consulting firm.

He brings 15 years’ experience within the asset and wealth management industry, supporting asset managers and asset owners with their most complex investment transformation programs through operating model design, system implementations and organisational delivery.

Shaylin is a senior member within the Alpha APAC investments practice, which maintains deep expertise across the latest industry trends within the investment platform vendor landscape across enterprise portfolio management systems, including investment performance and risk.

Shaylin holds a Bachelor of Applied Finance and Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University, and is also a CFA charter holder.
