Clayton Issitt leads the State Street Alpha APAC client solutions team with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration from Kansas State University.

His team is responsible for managing all aspects of the solution design, leveraging a consultative approach to drive client-focused outcomes across the Asia Pacific region. With a keen focus on enablement through bringing together technology with human services, his remit includes leading client discovery workshops and engagements as well as design and review of client target operating models and business architecture.

Clayton has been based in the Sydney office since 2011, having held a number of roles across fund/portfolio operations, client service, technology, implementation and business development. He has also represented State Street Australia on the Australian Custodial Services Association’s (ACSA) data task force. Clayton joined State Street in 2008 in Kansas City.
