Jeff brings over 20 years of experience in financial risk management across superannuation, asset management, and insurance sectors. At QIC, he leads the total portfolio analytics team, focusing on delivering insights that support portfolio construction, risk oversight, and strategic investment decisions.

Prior to joining QIC, Jeff held senior roles including head of investment risk compliance at Rest Super and head of risk at Ardea Investment Management. He was also a principal at Milliman and a founding member of its Australian practice, where he advised institutional clients on dynamic hedging strategies, derivative overlays, and retirement products.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) designations.
