As the former group head of data & analytics at Cbus, Peta led a variety of initiatives focused on optimising the management and use of investment, member and enterprise data to derive strategic insights and analytics.

Peta joined Cbus in 2018 to uplift data management capabilities within investments and moved to a broader role leading a newly centralised data and analytics team in 2023. Peta’s team spans data strategy and delivery, data management, member and investment performance analytics, automation of insights and reporting, AI and data governance.

Previously Peta was the technical product manager of MercerInsight.com. MercerInsight was developed to aid asset owners and Mercer consultants, in selecting investment managers, implementing mandates, producing client reports and making informed investment decisions using data and research from Mercer Investments’ global investment manager database.

Peta holds a Bachelor of Science and Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, Australia.
