Jason Cordier is a principal consultant and delivery lead with deep experience across strategy, transformation, enterprise change and complex programme delivery. He brings strong sustainability credentials to clients, underpinned by a PhD in strategic management.

He has consulted on ESG uplift for business banking, including ESG data capture, financed emissions data, risk modelling and reporting improvement, and has taught sustainability and strategy at MBA level.

His background combines practical delivery leadership with doctoral-level sustainability, ESG and strategic-management expertise, making him well placed to speak on how organisations can translate sustainability ambition into credible operating, data and delivery outcomes.
